COVID-19 – An Update for Amherst Alarm Customers
To Our Valued Customers,
As news continues to spread and concerns rise about the Coronavirus COVID-19, Amherst Alarm, Inc. is taking all precautions with the latest reports from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to ensure the health and safety of our customers, teams and the communities we do business with.
With all that is going on, we want to express the ways we are continuing to provide excellent service during this time.
If you have an appointment set up with our Sales, Service or Installation teams, please know we value the safety and health for both our customers and our team. We have ramped up daily cleaning measures, posted awareness posters, supplied each department with sanitizer, and continue to increase awareness about ways to prevent illness and best practices on the matter. Other ways we are staying prepared will be providing each truck with cleaning materials, sanitizer and gloves for each stop. We are also asking the team not to come to work if they are not feeling well or have had any contact with anyone associated with the COVID-19 virus.
As more information is being released, we will continue to monitor the situation closely. Amherst Alarm will continue to go above and beyond with our customer experience and ensure complete safety while doing so.
