Title: Service Coordinator/ Fire Inspector

What does your position with Amherst Alarm entail?

Scheduling Service calls and help customers troubleshoot problems over the phone. I also will fill in if techs call off out in the field and occasionally do some fire inspections as well.

What has been your proudest moment working at Amherst Alarm?

It’s tough to narrow it down to a single moment. I would say when I started filling in for the office more. It’s always nice learning how to do more to help the company in any way they need me.

Before working at Amherst Alarm, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

Probably going door to door selling solar panels. Definitely some interesting people working there and selling solar panels in Buffalo in the middle of winter is even harder than it sounds.
Tell us your favorite movie and your favorite line from it:

I have seen way too many movies to pick a favorite but one of them will always be ‘Joe Dirt’. My favorite line is “Life’s a garden, dig it.”

What is the best vacation you’ve ever been on?

I don’t go on many vacations but I actually went down to Tampa last month for the Bills dame and I had a blast! It was my first away game and the weather was perfect the entire time!

What is your favorite motto or personal mantra?

Go Bills!!!
