For our Spotlight this month we are featuring Jim Hyers in the Service Department.

1. What does your job entail?
I assist in billing and tech support to customers and technicians, tracking service tickets and training techs.

2. What is your favorite movie?
Reign of Fire

3. Favorite band?
My favorite band is Creedence Clearwater Revival

4. Hobbies / interests outside of work?
Outside of work I like to build things out of wood

5. What is your favorite meal?
My favorite dish is a Delmonico steak

6. Best vacation you’ve been on?
I don’t take many vacations, if I have extra time I really enjoy staying home with my dogs.
