For our Employee Spotlight this month, we are featuring Matt Lennon in the Service Department! Matt is a Service Coordinator here at Amherst Alarm.

1. What does your job entail?
I’m a Service Coordinator at Amherst Alarm, which entails many different things, from calling businesses across the state to schedule their fire inspection to stopping the key pad from beeping. I mainly work on resolving issues over the phone, and if there is an issue that cannot be fixed over the phone, then to set up service.

2. What has been your proudest moment at Amherst Alarm?
My proudest moment at Amherst Alarm is not one thing specifically, but more so when I’m able to resolve an issue that has been ongoing for a while, or finding that perfect opening in the schedule for a customer.

3. Three words to describe you:
Kind, Charismatic, & Diligent

4. What do you like to do outside of work?
I’m heavily involved with the college ministry (Vintage) at The Chapel. Other than that, I fill my time with friends, video games and the gym.

5. Where is your favorite place to eat or favorite meal?
Favorite place to eat is tough because I love food, but if I had to pick it would be La Tolteca.

6. What is your dream vacation?
I would love to make it to Australia and New Zealand.
