We are featuring Michele Monheim from the Customer Service Department for our Employee Spotlight this month! Michele came to us from Eastern States Sentinel and has been with Amherst Alarm for about a year.
1. What does your job entail?
I work in the Customer Service Department, helping customers with billing, agreements, and anything else they may need assistance with. I also support our Syracuse Branch administratively and most recently I took on the position of Customer Retention Specialist.
2. What has been your proudest moment working at Amherst Alarm?
Some of my proudest moments working at Amherst Alarm have been teaching my new fellow coworkers something new. Just a simple trick in Excel they didn’t know before can help make someone’s job easier.
3. Three words to describe you…
Cindi would say I am useful. I like to consider myself as thoughtful, helpful, and patient.
4. Hobbies/interests outside of work?
My favorite hobby is photography and I also love my vegetable garden.
5. What is your favorite meal?
It doesn’t matter what the meal is, it’s my favorite if I don’t have to clean up the mess after!
6. Best vacation you’ve been on?
I love to travel with my family in our camper and discover new places. One of our favorite stops is Gettysburg, PA.
