For our Employee Spotlight this month, we are featuring Peter Grimm in the Service Department! Peter is a Service Technician here at Amherst Alarm.

1. What does your job entail?
My job entails speaking with customers about their fire alarm, burglar alarm, door access and camera problems. I will help to the best of my abilities over the phone or coordinate with one of our technicians to go out and resolve the issue onsite.

2. What has been your proudest moment working at Amherst Alarm?
I do not have a specific moment, but I am always proud when I am able to correct something over the phone that in the past, I was unable to do.

3. What is your favorite food/meal?
Imperial Pizza in South Buffalo.

4. What is your favorite band/singer?
Lynyrd Skynyrd.

5. What do you like to do for fun?
I love to sleep!
6. What is your dream vacation?
Any place that doesn’t have cell reception or internet.
