1. What does your job entail?

I have been an Administrative Assistant, with AA, for 8 1/2 years. My duties include: incoming/outgoing customer interactions/payment processing; working with customers to resolve any billing issues; process City of Buffalo permits; general clerical duties for the office staff, as needed; secretary for the Western New York Electronic Security Association.

2. What is your proudest moment at Amherst Alarm?

My proudest moment was assisting a local elderly customer, whose husband had just passed away and now lived alone. She was looking for a security company. She had no local relatives to help walk her through the security system installation/monitoring/and billing process. When the discussion was complete, she said, “Thank you Cindi. I know I will be in good hands with Amherst Alarm.”

3. Three words to describe you:

Friendly, Social, Mom.

4. What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?

Pay off my mortgage, and then I would purchase 100 acres of land to set up as a nature preserve.

5. What would you like to be famous for?

I’d like to be famous for being an amazing singer… since that is not likely, someday I hope to complete the mystery novel I have been writing.

6. Favorite Disney movie?

Beauty and the Beast (the cartoon) tied with the original Pete’s Dragon.
